Our products are deodorants, not antiperspirants. The difference?
- Antiperspirant blocks or narrows your pores, which means you sweat less.
- Deodorant makes you sweat naturally, but prevents unwanted odors.

Some Happy Earth deodorants contain baking soda, as this is an effective ingredient for neutralizing odors. However, we know that baking soda has a higher pH, which can cause irritation in people with sensitive skin. That's why we also offer deodorants without baking soda, so everyone can choose a version that's best suited to their skin.

We believe it's important to offer a variety of options so everyone can find a natural deodorant that works well.
For effective deodorant roll-on application, it's important that the ball stays moist. Therefore, shake the deodorant well before use and close the cap tightly after use.
If the ball doesn't roll properly, some of the product may have dried. Try one of these solutions:
- Carefully loosen the ball with your finger.
- Turn the deodorant upside down for a while so that the liquid moistens the ball again.
This should get the roller working smoothly again!
Yes, our hand soaps and shower gels are all soap-free and pH neutral.
Opinions differ on what exactly "pH skin neutral" means. A pH between 4.5 and 5.5 is generally considered skin neutral. The pH of our products is between 4.60 and 4.90, which is considered pH skin neutral.
To open the pump, turn the top of the pump a quarter turn to the left. If this doesn't work right away, try the following:
- Unscrew the pump from the bottle.
- Reattach the pump and tighten it firmly. Sometimes the pump is too tight against the bottle, preventing fluid from flowing through.
- Check whether the pump is now working properly by turning it another quarter turn.
