About plastic and microplastics
Plastic is a huge threat to the environment and our oceans. By choosing plastic-free or products made from packaging with 100% recycled plastic, you reduce your ecological footprint and contribute to the preservation of our planet. When we talk about plastic, it is good to distinguish between plastic packaging and plastic in the products themselves. Unfortunately, microplastics are still often found in care products today. This is done to make the products soft or to give them a shine. These microplastics are not visible to the naked eye but are absorbed into the body through the skin. Fortunately, all Happy Earth products are microplastic-free, including our Baby & Kids products! Plastic-free packaging: a step in the right direction
Besides microplastics in products, many baby products are also packaged in plastic. We think that can be different! That is why we use environmentally friendly alternatives. The tubes in our baby range are made from sugarcane and the bottles are made of 100% recycled plastic. In addition, our Shampoo bar and Wash & Bath are completely zero waste: packaged in cardboard boxes and biodegradable!
How do you use a baby bar?
Using a baby bar is very easy! Rub the bar between your hands until it foams and then apply it to your little one's wet hair or body. The bar lasts a long time: one bar equals 3 bottles of 150ml! That saves a lot of plastic packaging.
